Delivery cost

Standard delivery within Australia is free. The delivery cost is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Every order ships with free tracked delivery. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carriers and busy periods.

Order tracking

We email you when your order ships, with tracking details where available.

Damaged or lost deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the parcel and the product before fully unpacking, and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at contact@maxireno.com.

If your parcel is lost, we open an investigation with the carrier as quickly as possible.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
