Article 1 — Seller Identification

The MaxiRéno store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") is an online store specialising in furniture and home products.

Article 2 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between MaxiRéno and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") making a purchase on the online store www.maxireno.com.

Placing an order on our website means the Customer accepts these Terms of Sale.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time the Customer visits it. We take care to describe and show our products accurately; colours can vary slightly between screens.

MaxiRéno may change its product range at any time.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout before the Customer pays.

MaxiRéno may change its prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Order

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. The Customer then receives a confirmation email summarising the order.

MaxiRéno may cancel or refuse an order from a Customer with whom there is an unresolved payment dispute on an earlier order.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due in full when the order is placed. The Customer can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.

Transactions are secure. MaxiRéno does not store any card details.

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy, available on the website. Delivery times are estimates. Subject to the Customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law, MaxiRéno is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by events outside its reasonable control.

Article 8 — Returns

Returns and refunds, including change-of-mind returns, are handled as set out in our Refund policy, available on the website.

Article 9 — Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Article 10 — Liability

MaxiRéno is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of a product. To the extent permitted by law, MaxiRéno's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy the Customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, videos) belongs to MaxiRéno and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

Article 12 — Disputes

If there is a problem with an order, the Customer should contact MaxiRéno first at contact@maxireno.com so that we can find a solution together.

Article 13 — Changes to these Terms

MaxiRéno may change these Terms of Sale at any time. The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
